NUCA of Utah Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for your support of NUCA of Utah. Registration fees, membership dues, sponsorships, and other payments help us provide valuable programs, advocacy, education, networking opportunities, and industry resources. Please review the following payment and refund policy before completing your registration or purchase.

Membership Dues

Membership dues are non-refundable once payment has been processed. Membership benefits become available immediately upon enrollment, including access to member pricing, communications, resources, and other member benefits.

If a duplicate payment is made or an administrative error occurs, NUCA of Utah will gladly correct the error and issue an appropriate refund.

Event Registrations

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to utah@nuca.com.

• Cancellations received 14 or more calendar days prior to the event will receive a full refund, less any applicable payment processing fees.

• Cancellations received 7–13 calendar days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations received less than 7 calendar days prior to the event are not eligible for a refund due to commitments for food, venue, materials, and other event expenses.

If you are unable to attend, registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same company at any time before the event by notifying NUCA of Utah.

Sponsorships & Exhibitor Registrations

Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are generally non-refundable once promotional materials have been produced or sponsor recognition has begun. Requests received before promotional materials are finalized may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Training Programs

Training registrations follow the same cancellation policy as event registrations unless otherwise noted in the event description.

Event Cancellation by NUCA of Utah

If NUCA of Utah cancels an event, registrants will be offered the option of:

• A full refund,

• A credit toward a future NUCA of Utah event, or

• Transfer of the registration to a rescheduled event, if applicable.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Any refunds issued will be credited back to the original form of payment whenever possible. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Exceptions

NUCA of Utah understands that unforeseen circumstances occasionally arise. Requests for exceptions due to medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations may be considered at the discretion of NUCA of Utah.
